STUDIO RULES

Booking time includes setup and cleanup, so please consider this when making your reservation. After your booking ends, we allow a 15-minute grace period to finish resetting the room - if you exceed those 15 minutes you will be invoiced for an additional hour.

Please arrive on time. Please note that we reserve the right to collect payment for any overtime hours beyond your booking.

Overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate for the first two hours, and 2x the hourly rate for any remaining hours.

Doors on Premises. Please keep the entrance door to the studio closed at all times. Do not prop open the hallway door or main entrance.

Studio Reset. You must leave the studio in the condition you found it in. Bag up your trash and return furniture to its original position. If the studio space is not reset to its original state after use, the user agrees to pay a $25 cleaning fee. We trust that our creative users will treat the remote access studio with the same respect as they would their own space. This policy is in place to maintain the affordability of our services and ensure a pleasant experience for all users.

Equipment care. Please handle our gear with care and report any damages promptly.

No Gaffer Tape on Floor. Please only use paper tape on our floor. Gaffer tape rips up the varnish.

Outside catering is okay. Please ensure you clean up after yourself, dispose of trash in assigned bins, and maintain studio cleanliness.

Volume of Guests. Please be respectful of our neighbors in the building, which is mixed-use commercial and residential. Please be mindful of the music volume and activity in the hallway.

No smoking inside the space or within the building

No open flame or toxic materials

No smoke/fog machines. Atmosphere in a can is acceptable for use

No Full Nudity or Pornography of any kind is allowed

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

Guests can obtain a full refund if they cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled date.

Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the booking will result in a 50% refund.

BY RENTING OUR STUDIO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH THE STUDIO RULES AND POLICIES.
